2025 Rates

International rates begin from $US 350 per adult per night during Low Season (sharing in double / twin accommodation).

High Season Months: January, February, July, August, September, December

Shoulder Season Months: March, June, October

Low Season Months:  April, May, November

Rates include: Full Board accommodation, 3 multiple course meals per day, all hot beverages and bar snacks, house drinks, one complementary massage per stay and other lodge services provided at Buhoma Lodge

Prices Exclude:  National Park Fees, Road Transfers, Premium and non-house drinks, optional activities and $10.00 Per person per night fee for all guests to our partners the Future Generations Trust which manages community projects and wildlife conservation in areas around our operations towards a sustainable long term future for all.  Thank you for your contribution.

We can also tailor a safari including “fly-in” packages to  your needs, including flights, accommodation and transportation to and from nearby airstrips and activities. Please inquire with our Reservations Team, for more details.

Special discounted rates are available for children between ages 5-12 years and those under 5 years (max 2 per room), sharing with adults, are free of charge.

Discounted rates are also offered for East African Residents, international wholesalers, travel agents and tour operators – please inquire further to discuss these options.

Accommodation and preferential rates can be provided for local guides, tour leaders and also international guides travelling with guests.

Reservation / Payment / Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  1. All tariffs quoted in contract rates include accommodation, meals (3 meals per day), house drinks (water, sodas, house wines, local beers and Ugandan spirits) and include current government taxes and VAT subject to change. We reserve the right to alter prices to cater for this or other amended government fees.
  2. Tariffs are quoted in US Dollars and payments may be made in US Dollars or equivalent in Ugandan Shillings at on the day of payment.  Payment methods include cash (Post 2009 USD notes only), transfers to bank accounts, Mobile Money or visa / master card.  Shortfalls in amounts received into our bank accounts will be re-invoiced. Cheque payments only accepted for Uganda operated bank accounts.
  3. Tariffs quoted for East African Citizens/Residents are only applicable for use with proof of residence validated upon confirmation of the reservation.  G&C Tours reserve the right of decision on applicable rates.
  4. Tariffs quotes for 2 night stays are only applicable for bookings with 2 consecutive nights in the same facility.
  5. A non-refundable deposit for 20% of the booking value is required within 14 days for confirmation of all standard reservations or they are automatically cancelled thereafter. Standard reservations are up to 4 paying rooms.
  6. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment and final rooming list/client names are required at least 30 days prior to client arrival.
  7. All cancellations or amendments are only accepted when received  and acknowledged in writing by G&C Tours Ltd
  8. All standard reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers (collectively known as a cancellations) are subject to cancellation and “no show” fees payable at the discretion of G&C Tours Ltd under the following terms.

* 42 + days prior to client arrival date – 20% cancellation fee will be charged or deposit forfeited

* 41 – 30 days prior to client arrival date – 40% cancellation fee will be charged

* 29 – 15 days prior to client arrival date – 65% cancellation fee will be charged

* Less than 14 days prior to client arrival date – 100% cancellation fee will be charged

* Payments for gorilla or chimp permits made on the client’s behalf are non-refundable. Please note a 30% deposit is required to secure

the permit upon confirmation and the further 70% balance for the permits is required as per current UWA regulations re no. of days

prior to the permit date. We will automatically pay the balances for your permits at the due date unless we hear otherwise from you.

  1. Failure to comply with the above terms may result in all bookings being automatically cancelled by G&C Tours Ltd
  2. Check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed with lodge/camp management
  3. Laundry services (by hand and subject to weather) are available at the establishments without charge for guests staying two nights or more.
  4. Additional activities (on a non-private basis unless pre booked and paid for at private rates), meals, premium/special drinks and other services taken at the lodge/camp will be charged for at ruling rates before departure from the establishment.
  5. Easter and Christmas Holiday Period supplements are not included on the contract rates and are subject to confirmation when booking.
  6. Non-standard tariffs, and special offers quoted may vary with regards inclusions within the arrangements but will be specified at time of reservation confirmation. G&C Tours reserves the right of decision on applicable rates and relevant inclusions.
  7. National Park Entry and other UWA fees are not included in rates and need to be paid separately
  8. All road transfers, game drives and optional activities rates are applicable only for overnight guests at Exclusive Camps & Lodge properties
